Made by body glove, pet flotation device. Was hot pink but now is regular pink due to some sun fade. Never used, new with box and tag but did sit in the window and is slightly faded. Shows some shelf wear. Still in perfectly good usable condition. Velcro with hooks and handle on top. Also has reflective strips. Sized for dogs under 15 pounds. Yorkies , Chihuahuas, Miniature pinchers, poodles, small dachshunds, etc. If you do any water sports, kayaking, boating, even fishing along a pier and you bring your pet with you this is a fantastic safety device that could save your pet from drowning.
