Body con velvet little black dress with wide boat neckline. Great holiday dress! can be worn on shoulders or slightly off shoulder cowl neckline and rouched/gathered side seams. Very forgiving and flattering style. size XS measurements taken flat *fabric is very stretchy chest 15.5" waist 12.5" hips 16" length 36" Would be a beautiful Christmas or New Years dress (I wore it for NYE!)
