Body con dress

Stretchy body con mini dress. Only worn once. Has a small imperfection on the bottom. But it seems like it’s a stitch. I bought this dress new and only wore it once for a short time. It’s not a stain and it’s not a repair. See photos. Cutout details on back. Size large but does run a bit small. Could fit a medium and even a small.
