This skirt is pinned in back for the photos on mannequin. I would say that the color is most accurate in the photos on the mannequin. The skirt is a color that I would call cement. I bought this before truly understanding that high waisted is not for me. I am very short waisted (also only 5'4) and low rise looks mid-rise on me. Measurements are approximate and taken lying flat and unstretched. Length: 29" Width of Hem: 19.25" Waist: 16.5" Back Slit: 10.5" Weight: 7.8 Ounces Clothing and shoes are stored in my smoke and (mostly!) pet free third story or commercial building. Items are hanging in garment bags or stored in plastic tubs. You will never get something from me that has ruined shoulders from hanging.
