Body by Victoria Black skirt

This black skirt comes with an elastic waistband that forms to the waist perfectly. A line fit makes this skirt a great piece for dressier occasions and will accentuate any body well. There is a sheer skirt under the outer layer to provide volume but this skirt is very comfortable and not at all itchy. Only worn 1-2 times. No visible signs of wear and looks brand new!
