kaylons_kloset @kimmeestaley I wear the body magic everyday all day & switch to the waist trainer when the body magic is being washed or I'm work out. The waist trainer is only recommended to wear up to 4 hrs a day. It will start to pinch your back if worn too long.

kaylons_kloset @susanfloyd15 it's extremely strong so I wld suggest a 44 or 42 with extender. This garment is straight up & down when it's fresh out of the package and may seem impossible to get on initially and takes abt 10 mins to get on the first time. I wld also recommend shoulder extenders so it doesn't dig in your shoulders for comfort. Also I can email you a link on YouTube that shows you how to get the garment on. What's your email addy?
