Body Hugging Dress for Work or Play

I bought this dress from a fellow posher, but it’s a bit short and tight for me (I’m a true size 14). I’ve never worn, she had worn twice. Stretchy fabric gathers near waist and will flatter a less lumpy, slightly shorter (I’m 5’10”) woman. Some pilling on inside fabric near knee shown in final photo.
