exellynn @dollydaydream1 Hi-it is a wrap in that it is one long piece that you wrap and secure with buttons. You could move the buttons to adjust, but the tricky part is that there is a fixed tie (one piece on the end of the fabric and the other where it would come together based on the button placement. So, long answer, but net net not super easy to adjust.
