Please read measurements for best fit. -Waist: approx. 14 inches (approx. 28 inches doubled) -Length: approx. 28 inches. Outer material: 75% wool, 25% polyamide. Skirt is also lined. Has extra button Condition: Great! No stains, holes, or tears. Has been worn previously but was well cared for. Smoke free, no odors. Color: color is a little brighter than the photos show. It’s a nice light baby blue kind of color. First photo from Boden best shows true color. Last photo shows imprint on clothing of the hanger clip.
