Boden Sleeveless High Waist Fitted Dress

A sleeveless Boden fitted dress with a slightly high waist. There are plastic "jewels" stitched around the neckline, which sounds questionable, but this dress always gets compliments - and more. It looks really fabulous on. Very fitted. It is fully lined. US size 4. It is in very good condition with no issues that I know of.
