@sparrowsage , I added the measurements on each garment because they are from the UK. The best way to check would be to go by the measurements and not just the size number. ☺

It really depends on what you are comfortable with! The embellishment is fairly flat so I don't think that it would be an issue. It is a beautifully tailored garment with nice lines and given the simplicity of the style I don't think that the design is too much. It is one of my favorite pieces! Ultimately it is what you are comfortable with! Simple earrings and slim or cropped bottoms and voila! Great outfit!
