I tried to go back to offer the original $14 offer. I keep getting a message telling me I can’t offer more than $13, but the listing says $19. I’m very confused!

@groovy22 I made the offer of $14 with regular shipping rate. I’ve discovered discounted shipping will not apply to the existing offer of $14. I am not going to lower the price an additional 10% AND offer discounted shipping.
