This dress has Petite on it… I am 5’7” and it fits just fine with overhang. The ruching on the side with the slit just gives a little extra from the standard Jersey knot dresses. Add a few accents (sorry these don’t come with) and you can tailor it to your plans. Pit to pit is 16”, waist is 15” and length from top of shoulder to bottom is 63”, I don’t think the petite qualifies.
