Boat neck black cocktail dress

cool, fun, 90's-style black cocktail dress. velveteen(?)fabric. A-Line swing skirt, somewhere between boat neck and off-shoulder neckline (elastic neckline). 3/4 sleeves. unfortunately, I removed the tag because it was too long, and now I don't remember the brand/size! 🤦‍♀️ from shoulder top to hem, it is 33". neckline to hem is 29". pit to pit is 17". front of waist 14". fabric is extremely stretchy. the skirt has a very fun swing, great for dancing!!
