Boat Neck Tie Front Plaid Blouse

Boat neck, wide neck blouse with spaghetti straps installed. Blouse sits off the shoulder with short sleeves. Ties fully in the front leaving a small keyhole when tied. Soft material. Would look wonderful on someone with slim shoulders and arms My shoulders and arms are wide and muscular and while the shirt fit, I couldn’t lift my arms.
