onefinegal @emilykimberly sorry when I got the e mail it just had the counter offer not your condition comment. I now see it on the app. The coat doesn’t have snags, it has pills on the front which is why I offered to include dry cleaning/pulling prior to shipment. I can’t reduce the offer any more than I have because of costs to dry clean etc.
