angie_cee @ksquid1 honestly it depends on your back width! I'm a size 4 in some dresses, then I'm a size 6 in others & a whopping size 8 (my senior prom dress 2 years ago) this dress is a size 4 but it still did fit me well. When it comes to the bra sizing, yes a 34B would fit. Hope this helps!
