The dress was hemmed to fit 5"2 wearing flats. 32B cup. Light padded cups added. French bustle. There was a tear in the tulle that was amended and you can't see it when it's on since there are multiple layers of tulle. There is also one minor tear at the bottom of the dress that can easily be amended (extra tulle fabric included). Coverup in one picture is not included. Beautiful dress! I just decided to go with a different style. I can sell for less via facebook if you contact me.
