This is fun and unique! I haven't seen anything like this! Fully lined. The skirt has 3 layers. Very well made. Clean  smoke free home. Approx measurements while laying flat across are 14 1/2" Pit to pit, waist 14", Hips at widest point 18" and length is 26". I am 5'7" and when I hold it up to me it's right above the knee. Perfect for making a statement for your next event or Taylor Swift Tour:) there are 2 jewels missing as shown in the photo on the right. A seamstress should be able to sew these back on if desired. Negotiable. No other flaws detected, but please view all pics closely. I do not have the jewels. I have listed everything as clearly as I can:)
