sonyab_ @computergrl2000 Hi! You can feel the texture of the glitter. It doesn’t just come off on your hand just by holding or handling it or anything. Although, if you roughly run your hands across it (as if trying to get the glitter off) you will see a few sparkles on your hand if that makes sense. I hope that helps!
