Were the boots’ original insoles removed? Or do you mean there are no added/aftermarket insoles that come with the boots? Thank you!

@awoolst The boots original insoles were removed to put in arch supports insoles and I can’t seem to find them.
I can take updated photos of the inside and bottom, if that helps.
