Blugirl Ruffle Floral Printed Dress

Extremely rare Blugirl by Blumarine dress. This fit and flare dress features a gorgeous watercolor floral print. Three ruffled tiers add style and volume. Lace featured on shoulders. Never worn but there are some stains (which I have not tried to get out but should come out). Hem stained as pictured and stain on neck trim as pictured. Size tag missing but think this would be equivalent to a 4 or 6.
