Blue/white polka dot dress w/ ruffles,3/4” sleeve

I bought this dress originally from Nordstrom. It’s a size S and runs true to size. The dress has 3/4” sleeves that have ruffles at the end. Ruffles also adorn the V neck that is tied together by a bow you tie yourself. The dress has a sturdy zipper on the side.
