This has only been worn once to my daughter’s second birthday. It’s a “Blue” themed long sleeve tutu costume dress from the show “Blues Clues and You”. It’s a size extra small for ages 3+. I have sized it as a 3T here because you can see how it fits my 2T daughter in the second photo- it’s a little big so would fit a 3T better.
