Blue/powerblue fade dress with clamp

This is a subtle but classy blue dress that fades from navy blue to a lighter shade as it flows downward to the bottom. It has two straps that clamp around the back of the neck for support and pading in the chest area. Perfect for a prom, holiday party, or other special event. Purchased from Modcloth.
