Blue/cream soft fringe sweater

Super soft, flattering fit, great quality! Only worn a few times! 100% acrylic. Thick and soft knit. Colors are blue (shade or two shy of navy) and cream. Sweater hits at the top of my hip (23” from shoulder), and then fringe adds about 4 more inches. Super cute and funky :)
