Bluebelle Fairy Costume XS

Blue fairy costume, never worn size xsmall(2-4) Tried in but never went out to party. Has been stored since. Includes stretchy halter dress, with attatched garter clips for stockings. wings and white satin arm cuffs. I reinforced the wings center with a small piece of cardboard so they don’t flop. However it was raining and too cold so plans were cancelled. Original packaging.
