Blue/White Tye Dyed Dress Spaghetti Strap Dress

This gorgeous, flowing tye-dyed dress has various shades of blue and white and called "vista blue" on the tag. It is a rayon and cotton blend; very light weight and comfortable, perfect for a hot, sunny day. It has spaghetti straps, ties in the back and the neck is a V cut. The back is open and low cut down almost to the waistline. The front has strings and tassles and you tie it in the front as well.
