New never worn. no holes, rips, or stains. all the sequins are tightly in place, and none are missing. skirt part is two layers, the outer layer is tulle and the under layer is organza. the underlayer has two front slits. I personally feel this dress is a tad see-through. I would recommend wearing a short slip under. or if you know anyone who can sew, maybe they can add a little something to it. chest is padded, adjustable straps waist 29" length from the top of the dress to the bottom is 60" let me know if you have other questions.
