Made by Worthington; size XL but fits like a large. Royal blue with black accent stripes. Love this top as it screams 80s to me. Would look crazy cute with leggings or black skinnys. Bottom is cinched but doesn't tuck in tight. Barely cinches at all truthfully. Fits almost off the shoulders, you could hang it to one side or just show off those shoulders letting it show both. No flaws. Excellent condition. VERY thin sweater material.
