Blue with white polka dot knit dress

I got this blue knit knee-length dress a few years back at Ross but cut the tag out, so I don’t know what brand or size it is. It fits like a Large but has enough stretch to fit an XL. It’s very comfortable and perfect for spring or summer. It does show a bit of cleavage though. Approx. flat measurements: Bust (side-to-side): 16”-17” Waist (side-to-side): 15”-16” Length (shoulder-to-bottom hem): 38” 95% Rayon, 5% Spandex Smoke free, cat friendly home.
