Blue winter ice hiking boots anti-slip sz Euro 40

these have a steel hook at the bottom that can be engaged to keep from slipping on ice, or flipped closed for walking indoors. I ordered a size up because of the plush interior but I should not have as they are too large. the run true to size even with the plush interior. tried on but new.
