Perfect sweater for this July🎇! Blue upper with white stripes. Has splits on side, bottom is trimmed in white. Has cute red embroidered anchor with gold rope. High round neck. 100% cotton Shoulder 17 inches Chest 19 3/4 inches Length about 26.5 inches Arms about 21 inches Sweater is size small petite but I believe it could fit up to a regular medium please check measurements.
