Blue white stripe Flowy Tunic Top NWOT

This adorable top was purchased from a boutique on Instagram. This flowy tunic top would go wonderfully with leggings or jeans and boots! Never been worn, did not come with tags. Measurements: 20 inches flat lay pit to pit, 25 inches long front, 29.5 inches back, sleeves to shoulder 23.5 inches
