Blue & white cutout back dress 💙

The perfect skater dress for summer! Form fitted on top and then flowy on the bottom, has a super cute cutout in the back which makes this dress super unique! Size small purchased from urban outfitters originally. I love the look of this dress but I do not wear dresses often so selling because it deserves to be worn more by someone and not sit in a closet!
