Blue vibrant, elastic long dress

Worn twice. Washed, easy to throw on,elastic on the top with a tie in the back elastic at the waist. Really love this dress… so easy to throw and go! Light to dark colors to the bottom. Says extra small, but definitely could fit up to medium. Makes the booty look really good. The colors tapered from blue to dark sea blue very pretty and very easy to wear.
