Blue velvet dress by Johnny Was

Midnight blue with rich red, gold, cream and blue embroidery. Wear it sleeveless or with a layering top. I love this with boots. See all photos. Outline stitching from the label is visible from the back. And there appears to be a “scar” on the front. None of this detracts from the loveliness of this dress. This one is hard to give up.
