Blue velvet Urban Outfitters romper

Dark blue velvet romper/dress with plunge neckline and long sinched sleeves that have ties at the ends. It is like a romper with shorts but then has a wrapped flap that hides the shorts in the front. The shorts are visible in the back (like a skort). Size small. Great condition!
