rsparks @emrourke I’m pretty sure it is but tbh I don’t recall. that’s why it’s priced so cheaply. I recall spending a lot of money on the stones and It does have some weight to it and I did the scratch test with my nail and no marks. Their is no dye build up that I can tell from any of the stones. Hope this helps in your purchase decision.
