Blue tule and appliqué prom dress

STUNNING! 🎉 no imperfections whatsoever, worn once. No alterations made besides a small hem of the train. Navy blue, tulle skirt, mesh and appliqué top. Back goes down to where bra line is. Mid calf slit on left leg. Satin belt sewn on in the back. As you can see it goes great with converse!! Offers welcome 💕 fits a size 2 or a 4! For reference I’m 5’7, 116 lbs, 34 C, and I wore no bra with this dress. It fit perfectly.
