Blue top with tie in the back

So cute!! It just doesn't fit my chest anymore. The top lays right on the hips so it's neither a crop top nor a full length top. It ties in the back which lets you adjust for space if you want to wear it with a bra or without. Also great for a beach cover up. The sleeves are about 4" so it's in between a tank and a tshirt.
