Blue sweater / dress H&M

Worn once from H&M. Is actually a sweater but was long and had very large slits which were sewn to turn the long sweater into a dress (small slits on sides were left- picture included). Very cute and comfortable and if you wanted to, you could turn it back into a sweater. Has minor Bell like sleeves. Oversized and loose (I am usually a medium and this is still a little loose on me). For reference of length, picture included and I am only 5’1- ends above knees! Price negotiable
