Blue striped adorable torrid top

Office wear clean out! My office went full virtual and I have so many blouses! This too I have always loved but fit odd due to my bust. Super cute alternating stripes in different directions creates a slimming cute shirt. Bottom half of shirt drapes out sorta like a fit and flair dress, but in shirt form. Only worn to try on. Tie bow on front can be tied in different ways for different looks.
