Blue strapless midi dress by Elliatt

Gorgeous Elliat dress from Revolve, so unique I wore this once to a wedding and got so many compliments. Size xs it fit true to size and like a glove on me. I’m 32b chest, wider hips (35 in) and smaller waist(25 in) I’m 5’3 so it hit a little longer then the model but I didn’t mind.
