Blue strapless high low gown 1/2

Gorgeous blue (almost indigo) strapless gown featuring a high-low layered skirt with beaded appliques, and stunning pleating. Condition is pre-owned with only staining to inside and loose hook closure (please see photos). I will say: this dress fits me kinda funky, as you can see in the photos. Probably because it's not quite my size. However, I believe it will fit nicely on someone the right size, or could be tailored for a better fit.
