Blue special occasions dress

Beautiful blue special occasion dress! Open back, sides cut in. Worn twice, very good condition. Bead work in good condition, worst spot in last picture (it's right, side of bust area). Hemmed to approximately 5'5 (I am 5'1 and wore heels that were 3-4").
