Blue sparkly high low homecoming/prom dress!

This dress is blue, high - low, and made from sparkly fabric. IT IS NOT ITCHY!! There is another layer of fabric under the sparkly fabric that prevents it from being itchy. I wore this to my 9th grade homecoming, and one of my friends (who originally owned it) wore it once before this, so it’s only been worn twice 😁. Size 9 but would probably fit a size smaller. It has a Ribbon that ties in the back.
