Blue sparkly dress

This dress is a size 7. It is navy blue and has sparkles throughout the dress. Not the kind of sparkles that get all over your hands in the floor when you take it off. Perfect for a party or a wedding and can be matched with heels. It does say it is from xtraordinary but was bought at dillards.
