Blue sparkle off-shoulder dress (PLUS)

Plus-Sized ever-pretty off the shoulder dress, Purchased about three years ago for my first prom at a davids bridal for a price i cant remember, used for prom and then for a wedding. Wont ever use again due to its too big for me now, and i don’t wear dresses like this anymore.
