Blue sleeveless maxi dress

Stage blue maxi dress with stylized circle pattern. Tag size small but I had it taken in so more of a size XS. Armpit to armpit (side to side lying flat) = about 16 inches; Narrowest part (presumably waist) = about 13 inches; length (from strap to hem) = about 50 inches. Used very good condition.
